FAQ’s

1. What areas do you provide service in?

My primary areas of service in Utah include Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Holladay, Murray, Millcreek, Midvale, Salt Lake City and Draper.

For an additional travel expense I can service other surrounding areas.

For those even further away I provide assistence via phone and Skype. To learn more click services.

2. How does it “work” and what do I need to buy for our appointment?

I generally work side by side with you, giving support and guidance as you make decisions about your space. You do not need to buy anything to prepare for our first appointment. In fact, most of my clients end up not needing to buy anything ever, once they see the empty drawers, shelves and spaces that are a result of our purging and organizing, they can reuse items already in the room.

If you live in other states or cities outside of my geographic area, I can be an Organizing Coach providing assistance over the phone, talking to you in ‘real time’ while you work in your physical space. This method is also useful for clients within my locale who only have short segments of time available and thus can’t do my typical organizing sessions or who want only time management advice.

3. I feel uncomfortable having a stranger help me with my personal papers and belongings.

Linda follows the code of ethics as stated in NAPO, ICD and Faithful Organizers.

4. What if I am embarrassed about my mess?

Clients often state “I bet this is the worst mess you’ve ever seen!” Don’t worry, I know that many simply don’t have the skills, energy, or time to deal with their clutter issues. I think they should be proud of themselves for contacting me to get help.

5. Can you speak to my organization, church or group?

Yes! A sampling of the groups I’ve spoken to is listed on the Media page.
